Introduction  

The Scout Show has been in operation since 1986. It is the only event in which all sections of the Scout Group from beavers to leaders can participate as a group and without competition.  

In 2006, the Scout Show’s name was changed from the National Scout Show to the Star Scout Show. The 08 Show fell under the production / direction of Pat Hollingsworth. Previous shows have been produced / directed by Declan Heaney, Joseph Lawlor (RIP) and Martin Kerr.  

In 2009, the Star Scout Show (formerly the National Scout Show) celebrated its 21st birthday and we took a walk down memory lane by showcasing some of the most popular acts from the many years of the Scout Show.  

In 2011, the Star Scout Show (formerly the National Scout Show) celebrates its 23rd show and we hope to see you there!

This year the show runs over a weekend, two shows on the Saturday and one on the Sunday, in the O'Reilly Theatre in Belvedere college Dublin 1!
